How to shop with us
When you need profile, advertising, and or print products, we will help you along the way.
1. Familiarize yourself with the part of our range available in our online store. You can either click through the categories or use our search function to find the product you are looking for.
2. Once you have found the product(s) you are looking for, you can read about the product's specifications and characteristics. If you want more information about the product you can email us at email@example.com, chat with us on our chat or call us on 040 160 1196 and we will answer your questions.
3. When you are ready to order, you can either put the product in the shopping cart by choosing color, size, number, print placement etc. or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you submit your order by mail, we need the following information from you: - Company name - Fo. No - Delivery address - Billing information - Contact person - Contact person's e-mail - Contact person's phone number - Product name - Number of product - Color of product - Size of the product - Location of the print - Color of the print - Attach the print material in vectorised format - Other essential printing information - When you need to have your order delivered - If you pick up your order or wish to have your order delivered.
4. When we have received your order you will receive an order confirmation and proof that you need to approve before your order is put into production queue.
5. Delivery / production time is 14 working days from approved proofing and orderconfirmation.
PS. You can also book a private show in our showroom for you and your team. Book two weeks in advance and announce any allergies, we usually offer something small to drink and eat during these occasions.
